CCFLT Springs Conference Scholarships

For First, Second, and Third Year Teachers

If you wish to be considered for a New Teacher Scholarship, you must be in your first, second or third year of teaching a foreign language.  To apply, please submit the following:

1.  Cover page

• Your name, home address/city/state/ZIP, home phone, e-mail address, school name, school address/city/state/ZIP
• Your school name, school phone and name of principal
• Language that you teach, which year of language teaching you are in
• Whether you have ever attended the CCFLT conference before, and the date of your application.

2.  Letter of intent

• Include why you wish to attend the conference and
• Explain why you wish to be considered for the scholarship

3.  Letter from an administrator

• Attesting to the fact that you are employed at the school as a modern language teacher
• Confirming your status as a new teacher in your first, second or third year of teaching the language.

Applications for the New Teacher Scholarships are due by January 31, 2011.
