The ACTFL Assessment of Performance toward Proficiency in Languages (AAPPL) helps language programs set tangible goals for students. The AAPPL provides measurements across all language skills, is easily administered, and produces results that can be compared across classes, schools, and districts. Its granular ratings scale documents movement towards higher levels of proficiency. This session will present the advanced features, easy administration, and powerful data reporting of the AAPPL. Participants will gain insight on how they can track proficiency of students, recognize growth and achievement, and evaluate their program through test data collection and analysis.
